Dun Cow - Milk Stout
A Toast to Tradition and Taste. Pour out a glass of nostalgia with our Dun Cow Milk Stout, a seasonal specialty that’s as rich in flavour as it is in folklore. This exquisite milk stout boasts a 5.8% ABV and is a loving tribute to County Durham, the childhood home of one of our brewery founders.
Legend intertwines with brewing artistry in this offering. The Dun Cow, a fabled creature of local lore, is said to have guided the founding of the city of Durham by leading monks to the perfect resting place for the relics of Saint Cuthbert. In the spirit of this tale, we present a stout that’s as storied and robust as the legend it celebrates.

Doric Porter - Oak Aged

This 5.4% ABV porter is not just a beer; it's a piece of history, a dark and comforting embrace that harkens back to the days of hearty toasts and long winter nights.

The Doric Porter is a celebration of our origins, taking its name from the dialect of the northeast of Scotland, a place close to our hearts. It's a craft conceived in tradition, offering a smooth yet pronounced taste profile, achieved by roasting grains to perfection, providing a delectable blend of coffee and chocolate notes.
